The Work
Fidelity Wes Home Builders is developing Casa Bella Subdivision, a new residential community in Kildeer, IL. This subdivision will soon be home to families looking for a well-built, thoughtfully planned neighborhood.
To prepare the site for construction, Berger was entrusted with mass excavation and underground utility installation—the foundational work that ensures durability, safety, and long-term success for the development. Additionally, BERGER managed the concrete and asphalt paving through subcontractors, providing a seamless, full-scope approach.
From moving earth to laying essential infrastructure, BERGER played a critical role in setting the stage for homebuilders to get to work.
The Challenge
